 With the focus of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) and constraints recently experienced in capital funding, it is more important than ever to ensure we are prioritizing our IS investment opportunities in an efficient and effective manner.  This includes a reliable method for ranking our projects and creating flight plans to support our key initiatives.  This presentation will showcase the establishment of Seattle Children's IS Project Management Office including a new governance structure, centralizing project management staff  and incorporating Continuous Performance Improvement (CPI) methods in our IS project implementations.
Parking will be validated as long as you park in the Hyatt Garage.  Entrance to the garage is on Bellevue way just north of 8th.  Valet parking is not included.
