Cares Program
Overview
Puget Sound Cares provides a wide range of project management-based coaching services to enhance the use of project management within organizations that require assistance to meet project management goals. These services are provided pro bono, by highly experienced project manager practitioner volunteers whose expertise and skills are matched to the needs of the client organization.
The types of project management services are generally tailored to the needs of the client organization and may include general organizational mentoring on project management benefits, coaching on how to best accomplish PM activities, and how to use PM tools and templates to efficiently complete projects to meet organizational goals.
Vision: “Puget Sound Cares provides project management mentoring to increase project management expertise in community organizations.”
Mission: “Puget Sound Cares provides project management mentoring to local organizations that lack resources and expertise in project management in order to develop self-sustaining project management capabilities.”
